Your Mission • Develop and implement global integrated communication programs to support business objectives • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening • Engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels, departments, and regions to ensure alignment and collaboration • Manage end-to-end project coordination, including planning, execution, and performance tracking • Identify and leverage cross-marketing opportunities in partnership with business leaders to maximize impact • Conduct market research and insights analysis to inform and shape strategic communication plans • Oversee and manage relationships with international agencies, ensuring efficient collaboration and cost control • Deliver result-driven campaigns that meet defined KPIs and ensure effective execution Your Profile • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in managing communications across regions • Bachelor’s degree in media, marketing and strategic communications or equivalent • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Excellent organizational skills and a natural multitasker • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM tools and employee communications platforms • Availability to travel
