We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Organizational Change Management Lead to play a pivotal role in managing the human side of change associated with the implementation of new projects. This role will focus on ensuring that individuals and groups within the organization are prepared for and can adopt new systems, processes, and technologies effectively.
Your Mission
- Develop and implement comprehensive
change management strategies, plans, and communication strategies for SAP and
other strategic projects to maximize employee adoption and usage.
- Create Organizational Change Management strategy for the organization across project implementations.
Conduct stakeholder assessment and
gap analysis to understand the extent of awareness to prepare the
trainings and workshops calendar. - Collaborate with project teams and
stakeholders to understand the impact of changes and effectively manage
resistance to ensure project success.
- Design and deliver training
programs, workshops, and coaching sessions for end-users to facilitate
smooth transitions during system implementations.
- Analyze the current organizational
landscape, assess the change impact, and establish change readiness and
change management metrics.
- Identify potential risks,
anticipate points of resistance, and develop corrective action plans to
mitigate change-related issues.
- Create and maintain effective
relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and
engagement throughout the change process.
- Monitor the implementation of
change management strategies and provide regular progress reports to
project teams and management.
- Uphold and promote a culture of
continuous improvement and change management best practices within the
organization.
Your Profile
- Digital mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or
MBA, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, or related field.
Advanced degrees or certifications in Change Management are a plus.
- Proven experience (min 3 years) in
project implementations with a specific focus on change management
strategies
- Strong understanding of change
management principles, methodologies, and tools, ideally in an SAP
environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, ability to collaborate across various teams and effectively engage
with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in problem-solving,
critical thinking, and the ability to manage and drive change initiatives.
- A proven ability to work effectively
in a diverse, multi-cultural global organization and capable to drive
change regardless of physical location.
