Your opportunity
As a Product Training Content Designer at Sidel, you'll unleash your creativity to design, produce, and launch digital learning solutions, tailored to inspire and equip both our internal teams and external clients.
Your Mission
- Design Digital Training material and documentation accordingly to customers and internal employees training demand
- Define length and content of Digital Training Courses to maximize quality and effectiveness of learning solutions
- Support digital training product quotation in building the Training offers with pedagogical guidelines about course length and content
- Create, design and manage digital training modules to support Field Service Engineers Training Path
- Collect feedback on digital training materials and drive improvement actions
- Act as part time Product Trainer to experience content quality and to support business operations
- Support trainers competence development on material created
- Act as a reference for Training lab
- Support with the configuration and update of machineries included in Training Lab
- Deliver specific trainings based on business needs
Your Profile
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required for effective communication
- Spanish, Italian or French is a plus
- One year of experience in a similar position with proven ability to create and design learning solutions
- Knowledge of Sidel Product Training Portfolio is a plus
