Your opportunity
Sidel is looking for Americas Line Performance engineer reporting to the Director of Customer Care to enhance the customer experience with Sidel equipment. Referent for Line performances and Mechanical efficiency improvements. Participate and enable Customer Care Managers Leading technical issues, delivery of the corrective action plan and report following the assessment in the plants. Ensure excellence in term of communication's stream Internally including Customer / Plants representatives.
Your Mission
- Leading performance of Sidel equipment monitoring and driving continues improvements.
- Excute consistent follow up on repetitiveness of technical issues.
- Drive the customer plants on equipments maintenance recommendations.
- Enhance customer experience with Sidel equipment.
- Facilitate Customer experience and understanding of Sidel technical documentation / Manuals.
- Answer about Technical issue with clear action plan and timelines, synergy with Experts.
- Driver to appropriate maintenance and quality focus in Customer facilities.
- Facilitate and Improve Customer performances comprehension through improved communication and data driven synergy.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience of beverage industry.
- PowerBI capabilities.
- Fluent level of English is a must.
- 3-5 years of experience in the beverage/packaging industry is a plus.
- 5 years’ experience minimum on the field (maintenance technician, production technician, Field Service Engineer).
- Deep knowledge of Sidel products and services.
- Problem solving oriented.
- Action an customer oriented.
- Spanish, Italian and/or French is an advantage.
- Availability to travel up to 30-40 % (Including International Locations).
