In a fast-paced, data-driven Spare Parts business, having the right tools and analytics capabilities is critical for success. As Data & BI Tools Analyst, you will play a key role in developing, main-taining, and optimizing digital tools to support both Commercial & Supply Chain teams within the Spare Parts organization. Reporting to the Spare Parts Technical Support & Inventory Direc-tor, you will be responsible for managing Power BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting automation initiatives across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to work in a global, high-impact role, where you will:  Design and manage Power BI dashboards for commercial, pricing, and supply chain ana-lytics.  Ensure data integration & governance across ERP, CRM, and other business systems.  Support automation & digital transformation, working closely with IT and business stake-holders. Your Mission

As a Data & BI Tools Analyst, you will:
■Develop & Maintain Power BI Dashboards, designing, implementing, and optimizing interactive, real-time dashboards to support Sales, Pricing, and Supply Chain performance monitoring.
■Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance, integrating multiple data sources.
■Support self-service BI adoption, enabling teams to extract insights independently.
■Work closely with IT to enhance automation, workflow optimization, and AI-driven analytics.
■Assist in the rollout of new digital solutions that enhance productivity and decision-making.
■Identify opportunities to automate reporting, reduce manual work, and improve data processing efficiency.
■Provide technical support and troubleshoot data & tool-related issues.
■Collaborate with Global Teams, working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Pricing, and IT teams to align tools and reporting with business needs.
■Support training & documentation to enhance data literacy and adoption of BI tools.
■Be the key point of contact for BI & analytics-related projects, ensuring scalability and long-term sustainability.

Your Profile

Level of education and languages:
■Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields
■Fluency in English (strong written and verbal communication skills).
■Strong technical expertise in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization best practices.

Required experience and skills:
■3-5 years of experience in Power BI development, business intelligence, or data analysis.
■Strong ETL & data integration skills (experience with SQL, APIs, and data pipelines is a plus).
■Experience working with ERP (SAP), CRM, or other business systems.
■Hands-on problem solver, with a strong focus on automation & efficiency.
■Collaborative & proactive, comfortable working in a global team across different time zones.
