Your opportunity
The Planning Manager with his team ensure consolidation of workload and the planning of required resources in ECA Region.
He/she organizes, monitors, stimulates the FSEs occupation and subcontractor utilization
Your Mission
- Ensuring a global view of the demands planning and the adequate skills
of FSE's in the Europe and Central Asia.
- Drive Planning coordination within the zone for optimum
use of internal and external FSE resources.
- Managing a team of ECA FSE Planners responsible for FSES requests in the region.
- Supporting competences development for the zone with
identifying missing skill to sustain operations.
- Increasing the competences of managed team to keep high
level of service.
- Responsible for the occupation of ECA’s internal FSEs
Your Profile
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in resources
management/field engineering
- Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio including the general technical context
- Technical background
- Knowledge of the scope and challenges of the service activity.
- Speaking French and/or Italian
- Good English level to communicate by phone and mails
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
