Your opportunity
We're looking for a Service Account Manager to be based in Wroclaw office.
Your Mission
- Grow sales and profitability of
Services offering, adapt zone services strategy to his/her region, direct
and implement action plans with After Sales team
- Ensure that customer production
line is optimized to the maximum
- Responsible for performance of
Sidel products, reports non-conformities and responsible for issue
resolution process
- Propose new Services products
that add value to the Customer and are profitable for Sidel
- Sell and negotiate Sidel Services
portfolio, according to rules and processes of the Company
- Plan customer contacts, visits
and promotions
- Coordinate and analyze market and
competitor information, provide forecasts (3 month forecast and outlook)
andreport to relevant stakeholders
- Lead a team and develop required
competencies
- Responsible for his/her region
Outstanding and overdue payment performance
- Is in charge of a given account
in his/her region
Your Profile
- Experience in B2B After sales
- Deep knowledge in beverages equipment and market
- Russian language
- Ability to travel >50%
