Do you dream a new adventure in the USA and to become a technical expert? Here’s your chance! Join Sidel’s technical team and support us in delivering top performing machines to our customers! We are looking for an Automation Field Service Engineer to work on aseptic filler machines. You will be hired in Parma (Italy) and trained for twelve months on the product. After one year you will be transferred to our US office in the of Atlanta city and you will become part of the FSE Team in charge of the Aseptic Technology in the American region (USA, Canada, Central-South America)
Your Mission
- Perform Installation, start‐up and
commissioning of Aseptic Filler supplied
to customers’ sites
- Develop a good understanding of the
customer needs to provide objective advice and to ensure customer satisfaction
- Test and evaluate equipment
performance at customer plant, based on technical, contractual and safety
specifications
Properly
handle, check and manage equipment non-conformities - Operate on Automation systems, HMI
for regular activities and troubleshooting. Execute basic electrical work (e.g. cable wiring) and PLC test and fixes
Your Profile
- Technical diploma or Engineering degree
- +2 years experience in technical roles
- Experience
with PLC
- Experience with Electrical instalations and cabling
- English
- Experience in beverage industry is a plus
- Availability to relocate permanently to USA (Atlanta) after one year in Sidel Parma (Italy)
- Availability to
travel (minimum 200 days per year)
