Responsible for the development and implementation of commodity strategies and supplier management in assigned commodities. Perform sourcing activities at local level to achieve commodity results and ensure compliance with the Group Strategy. Together with global Strategic Sourcing organization searching for business cases of efficient local for global principle implementation to generate global savings. Key focus on localization project, local portfolio development and supporting overall plans of the Group development in India.

Votre mission

Responsible for the development and implementation of commodity strategies and supplier management in assigned commodities. Perform sourcing activities to achieve commodity results and ensure compliance with the Group Strategy. Key focus on localization project, local portfolio development and supporting overall plans of the Group development in India.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and implement local commodity strategies;
- Analyse spend in assigned commodities/supplier's perimeter;
- Monitor the market through constant benchmarking in order to continuously improve costs, quality, delivery and technology;
- Support local Sourcing Leader and Global Commodity Managers/Directors in defining the annual savings forecast, identifying risks and opportunities;
- Implement the saving action plan to achieve the assigned annual cost saving target;
- Promote and lead cost reduction activities and alternative products/ solutions, towards internal stakeholder and Suppliers,
to contribute to the overall cost reduction target;
- Manage Supplier Relationship at local level, monitoring trend of KPIs and setting necessary corrective actions;
- Negotiate long-term contracts with Suppliers, at local level, participating in nego with Global Suppliers as well
improvement along agreement duration, delivery times, and commercial terms and conditions;
- Communicate effectively and manage relationships with relevant internal stakeholders, to contribute to the cross-functional projects;

- Ensure compliance with the sourcing processes;

- Bring and share new ideas of internal processes and supplier performance improvement.

Votre profil

Min 5 yrs in strategic sourcing in an international company or a local one working on global market;
- Knowledge of the market/product categories as Industrial automation, Machining or Assembly services concerned is a plus;
- Experience in B2B environment;
- Experience in international negotiations, contract and claim management;
- Experience outside of India is a plus;
- Commodity strategies creation and implementation;

- Master degree;

-Fluent English and Hindi.
