Votre mission

• Deliver high quality training solutions within own pre-defined area to both internal and external audiences using different delivery methods (e.g. classrooms, OJT, practical) at Sidel, at the customer site or via distance learning.
  
  
• Deliver Technical Training for internal and external Customers - focus on Customer Satisfaction.
  
  
• Technical subject matter expertise on our Aseptic Solutions.
  
  
• Support Content Designer on technical training material creation - Support practical tests definition for customer trainees competences assessments.
  
  
• Support the creation and design of training modules for the FSE Training Path
• Develop advanced knowledge on Sidel product - multi skill.
  
  
• Coach, support and drive the FSEs the technical activities, the troubleshooting and the reporting deliverables.
  
  
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Technical diploma or equivalent. Specialization in auto-mechanic engineering is a plus.
  
  
• Technical subject matter expertise on Technical Training solution area. Knowledge of training content design tools and SW (e.g. Solid Work, CAD, multimedia animation creation).
  
  
• Participate in and implement the Qualification program and manage capabilities development for internal and Customer needs.
  
  
• Ensure the identification and coordination of the Qualification programs according to Regional needs.
  
  
• Ensure the design, production and availability of new and updated learning solution materials, accordingly to training demand from Customers and internal employees.

Votre profil

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Technical diploma or equivalent. Specialization in Automation-Mechanic engineering is a plus
• Mandatory English, Spanish is a plus
• Good understanding of learning solutions and market drivers, trends and innovations     
• Technical subject matter expertise on Technical Training solution area
• Knowledge of training content design tools and SW (e.g. Solid Work, CAD, multimedia animation creation)
• Previous experience as a trainer
