Votre opportunité

Maintain the relationship with and manage the customers pertaining to Sidel aftersales offering. Responsible formeeting customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction, whilst developing and maximizing sales and margincontributions for Sidel in given territory. Customer point of contact for Services and aftersales activities

Votre mission

▪ Grow sales and profitability of Services offering, adapt regional services strategy to his/her territory, direct and implement action plans with aftersales team
▪ Ensure that customer production line is optimized to the maximum
▪ Responsible for performance of Sidel products, reports non-conformities and responsible for issue resolution process
▪ Propose new Services products that add value to the Customer and are profitable for Sidel
▪ Sell and negotiate Sidel Services portfolio, according to rules and processes of the Company
▪ Plan customer contacts, visits and promotions
▪ Coordinate and analyse market and competitor information, provide forecasts and report to relevant stakeholders
▪ Responsible for his/her region outstanding and overdue payment performance
 

Votre profil

▪ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
▪ Speaking Bahasa and English Language
▪ 5 years of sales experience and experience on the field (maintenance, production, Field Service Engineer)
▪ Knowledge of Filling and Packaging industry equipment and services is preferred
▪ Able to travel >50%
