Your opportunity

Design Robotics & automation software for our End Of Line machine or new machine in development.

Your Mission

• Manage the development of Robot application simulation, Robot offline and/or online programming, PLC software development (standard and safety) until field test and customer support.
• Technical specification analysis.
• Participate in application pre-study & commercial offers.
• Carry out & support the robotic design & vision of packaging machines, monitor & update the same.
• Participate in the development & standardization of robot programs, C#
• Travel to Asia zone on customer site to help start up machine with robot (Prog. Modification/ debugging)
• Develop new robotics, vision and C# modules.
• Support for internal tests and commissioning at customer premises.
• Respect Guidelines & Rules in development of the software
• Work with a strong relationship with hardware team and HMI team.
• Perfect understanding of electrical design, and HMI design.
• Participate to functional analysis, FMEA…
• Participate in robotic and automation capitalization.
• Participate in updating reference files: example Grafcet
• Participate in the development & standardization of automation programs.
• Participate in the development of modules in perfect collaboration with the design office teams.

Your Profile

Level of education and languages:

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s Degree or Equivalent in Electronics, ECE, E&TC or equivalent.
• Language requirements:
  o English, written and spoken.
  o Fluency in French is an advantage.

Required experience and skills:

• Strong Fanuc robotics & Fanuc Roboguide skills OR experience with other robot brands.
• Skills in robotics programming (Fanuc Karel + TPE + C#) OR Other robotic programming.
• Field/Customer site experience.
• PLC/Motion/Hardware/network/Mechatronic/safety skills
• Skills in automation programming Rockwell or Siemens (TIA portal S71500)
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in cross-functional and international teams.
• Proactive, strong problem solving/analytical attitude.

• Availability to travel
