product support americas engineer works with all the service and project team in order to support them on technical issues , sales oportunity , FSE intervention support . His experience and high technical skill convert him as a referent in term of technical knowledge about the sidel equipment .

Your Mission

Product Support "Region" Engineer is part of Product Support "Region" organization.
The resource has to secure the operational follow up & technical support of all beverage products (aseptic and not) for combi filling and stand-alone technology , throughout the whole life of the machine. 
He/She has also to secure that customers are able to achieve the best performance from operating Sidel equipment through email, telephone and occasionally on-site support both directly to customers, and to colleagues working with customers (FSE, PM, CCM...).  As well as the preparation and distribution of appropriate documentation to customers and to FSE and communication with central product support about identified issues and ticket process.

Your Profile

  • 5 years at least of technical assistance or field experience
  • Knowledge of beverage technology : combi/stand alone technology in CSD and beer
  • Ability to manage and satisfy customer requests
  • English speaker and writer mandatory , italian can be a plus
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
