Sourcing Quotation Manager (M/W)

Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge and play a key role in conducting innovative projects? We are looking for a Production Scheduling Manager for our site in Octeville (76)! The Sourcing Quotation Manager will play a major role in defining and implementing the most efficient processes, tools and methodologies throughout the quotation process, ensuring compliance with Group policies and procedures.

Your Mission

Reporting to the Director Strategic Sourcing Excellence, the Sourcing Quotation Manager will be responsible for streamlining and digitizing the entire supplier evaluation process, in line with the company's roadmap. On this position, your main missions will be:

• Supervise the assignment process of the purchasing requests for all the entities of the Group.
• Handle and/or assign urgent requests in a dedicated flow.
• Lead and oversee the end-to-end RFQ process, guaranteeing the respect of delays.
• Support and/or drive the simplification/digitalization in the quotation process.
• Provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities and supplier improvements.
• Collaborate within our Sourcing Organization and with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Service, Spare Parts, Engineering, Industrial Engineering).
• Closely collaborate with the Spare parts Service to estimate the cost of some specific parts/sub-assemblies.
• Track and report performance metrics.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent at minimum.
• At least 5 years' experience in purchasing, procurement or supplier quoting.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory / Italian is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, SAP, IFM (4/HANA and Ariba tools are a plus)
• Analytical mindset and problem solving oriented.
• A deep understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes. Knowledge in mechanical components and facilities in reading technical drawings are a plus.
