Your opportunity

Sidel is seeking a Boomi Integration Analyst to join our Center of Excellence. As Integration Analyst, reporting to the IT Business Partner & Digital Innovation, you will be part of a high-performing Center of Excellence with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping to deliver end to end business process digitalization and automation. You will work with teams across different business functions to help discover and assess new Integration request, collect business requirements, and produce Process Design Document.

Your Mission

  • Supports the prioritization and identification of digitalization opportunities with the Integration Platform Boomi Solution through own analysis and/or by drawing upon business resources as required.
  • Drive business engagement and ensure benefits tracking/management.
  • Keeps track of project deliverables and communicates their progress to the business and other global units.
  • Captures business functional requirements in an agile software development environment.
  • Decomposes and documents Epics into Features and User Stories, down to detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Facilitates the team in developing acceptance criteria for users.
  • Defines Test Books and schedules User Acceptance Tests.
  • Assists with operational transition, training, knowledge transfer, and documentation.
  • Supports requirements analysis and formulates specifications for impacted systems.

Your Profile

  • Minimum three years of recent experience as a business analyst in a system integration environment (Boomi preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Scrum Master certification is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of system integration technologies and experience writing requirements for integration solutions using an agile software development approach.
  • Proven experience throughout the software implementation lifecycle, providing robust documentation and collaborating with both development and business teams.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional analyses and effectively communicate them to developers.
  • Business acumen to identify automation opportunities and a strong IT affinity.
  • Familiarity with various integration tools and technologies, as well as understanding cloud computing concepts and services.
  • Knowledge of API management and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Groovy, JavaScript) and database queries (SQL).
  • Experience with data mapping and transformation techniques.

  • Capacity to take strategic direction from executive management, demonstrating initiative and an entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to adapt quickly and utilize storytelling/visualization skills.
  • Experience in a team-oriented environment, showcasing effective collaboration with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze complex integration challenges, troubleshoot issues, and optimize integration processes.
