The Services procurement expert is leading all components supply for the spare parts, Line improvement, Line conversion, Mold activities, maintenance contrats From the Purchase Request to the parts available in stock (and invoiced to supplier), he (she) is responsible to deliver OTIF the components at the right place ,the right moment, at the right costs.
The scope of its mission is related to supplier panel and parts portfolio :
-Issue the purchasing order from Purchase request
or specific request
-Follow up and Update the purchasing order in term of cost, leadtime and change item
if any
-Identify all PO lines deviation to request corrections from
supplier (Late CRD, Missing Acknowledgement, Long leadtime)
-Report to the leaders any process deviation all critical
situation
-Support the specific processes for missing pars management
(Hot Sales orders, Emergencies, Maintenance packages, set of spare parts....
-Initiate supplier action plan for missing parts
-Participate to the supplier panel optimization (reduction and
selection)
-Participate to the cost reduction program
-Participate to the Inventory level optimization (Coverage
rate, offer availability, stock value)
-Issue the Request for quotation ( define by the group rules
policy)
-Validate price increase in case of emergencies (define by the
group rules policy)
-Issue and share forecast to suppliers
-Participate to the tools improvement or implementation (IT,
H&S)
We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain, or International Business.
Previous experience with SAP is essential. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of mechanical or technical components and apply a Lean approach to optimize processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint is also required.
