Your Mission
- Continuous
Improvement Mantova & Verona Leader will be based in Parma or Mantova
or Verona and will report to CI Italy manager, inside Production Center Italy
Organization
- She /
He is
responsible to improve all the process and activities performed in Mantova
or Verona (focus
on production perimeter)
- She /
He works
to achieve the objectives set by the management through the improvement of
business processes and the development of production processes
- Implement
and track the global CI plan in the sites
- Analyze
processes and measure business performance in order to improve efficiency,
productivity, OEE.
- She /
He is responsible to deploy and support Sidel Production System (Machine
Board / DOR / WOR)
- She /
He is responsible of Material Flow in the site
- Defines
standard processes for promoting best practices across sites
- Support
Lean Manufacturing implementation to generate the maximum value with the
least amount of waste
- Support
with Six Sigma methodology all the activities and functions
Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years in CI area
- Performance Development in an international Manufacturing environment
- Technical educational background
- Proven Lean / WCM /6 Sigma proficiency training programs (Lean Accademy, 6 Sigma Black/Green Belt)
- English (Proficiency Level)
- Fluency in Italian and French is a plus
- Required experience and skills:
