Project Manager Proposal (M/W/D)

Sidel is looking for a Project manager for Proposal and Quotations, reporting to the LPM (Lead Project Manager). The Project Manager Proposal manage New Equipment projects covering Sidel entire portfolio and markets. He/She is responsible to build together with Quotation Support and Sales the most suitable technical and budget wise solution for our Customers.

Your Mission

Ad Project Manager Proposal, your missions will be :

• Understand customer needs by analyzing the RFQ and questioning Customer with Account Manager
• Design and size a suitable technical solution thanks to configurators and to the support of Quotation Supports and Layout designers.
• Review, analyze and evaluate customer's specifications in a proactive manner
• Engage with Technical dept. and Field Engineering Dept. to ensure customer's requirements are well understood and fulfilled
• Prepare and present budget quotation and commercial offer in collaboration with Sales
• Support sales team during negotiation
• Prepare contract with Sales, Legal and Trade Finance
• Set project scope, project schedule and cost baseline for execution
• Prepare main internal documents for order booking

Your Profile

You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent and are fluent in both English and French. A PMP Certification is a plus. With 5 years of experience in Project Management, specifically managing capital projects, you have a proven track record in successfully overseeing complex initiatives.

You possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and are adept at juggling multiple projects simultaneously. Your experience includes working with remote management teams and a solid understanding of the installation and commissioning of industrial equipment. You are also flexible and willing to travel up to 30% for project needs.
