Field Service Engineer Automation (M/W - H/F)

Your opportunity

Develop, start-up and technician assistance in automation to the production lines produced and installed by Sidel Group.

Your Mission

• Properly handle, check and transfer equipment non-conformities
• Submit regularly working time and technical reports in reference to carried-out activities
• Ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction
• Perform activities in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Sidel coordination plan rules and customer rules
• Report after sales opportunities detected on Customer site
• Coach junior colleagues on the on-site behavior, technical activities, troubleshooting and reporting deliverables
• Report to the ISM for team site activities

Your Profile

• Formation in mechanical
• Electrical Drawings knowledge and understanding
• Electrical and Automation training certification
• Driving License
• Good command in English
• Available to work all over the world
• Mechanical knowledge (Mechatronic)
• Experience on installation and start-up
• Languages: French, other is a plus
