Your Mission

• Perform the commissioning of Sidel equipment in the workshop and at customer sites, ensuring that all technical and safety specifications are met.
• Test and evaluate the performance of the equipment at customer factories, verifying its conformity with contractual standards.
• Carry out occasional warranty interventions at customer sites and providing technical assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered by customers, while documenting interventions for effective follow-up.
• Ensure thorough control of machine commissioning by performing performance tests and guaranteeing that the equipment operates according to specifications.
• Prepare detailed technical reports on the activities performed and the equipment’s performance to ensure transparency and effective communication with customers.

Your Profile

• You are proficient in automation and robotic systems within complex industrial environments.
• You have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, and are able to work on technical equipment, ensuring diagnostics and maintenance.
• You have a good level of English, sufficient to understand technical documentation and communicate effectively in an international environment.
