We have also developed the smartbox system, which enables to control the sterilant media integrity we are using to perform aseptic production without breaking sterility. This innovative feature contributes to expand the continuous production for up to 240 hours. By extending production cycles, we minimize the use of sterilant media and reduce waste, making your operations more sustainable.
Furthermore, we have significantly shortened our cleaning and sterilization cycles to less than 90 minutes. This means less time and resources are required to bring the system back to sterile conditions, allowing for quicker restart of production and increased efficiency.
With our operator-free changeover, we don't have the need to break sterility during the process. This not only ensures product integrity but also eliminates the consumption of sterilant media for cleaning and sterilisation cycles.
In addition, with our digital solution Evo-ON Eco, it is possible to identify and prompt action on any unexpected consumption source. This app reinforces responsiveness, informs and drives lower emissions and cost reductions.
