Your opportunity

Manage at Regional level the competence mapping and development of Field Service Engineers - internal & external ensuring the strict application and implementation of the certification methods and processes, in conjunction with Global Product Training and other functional business areas.

Your Mission

  • Define and convey to the line Manager competence development requirements and priorities  at regional Level,  functional to  Regional Sales forecast and market strategy.  Support the Line Manager in elaborating  qualification cost Capex  for the assigned region
  • Own and drive the  competence mapping and status of  Field execution population of the assigned Region,  including  both New Equipment and Service activities competence requirements for FSEs
  • Implement the qualification and certification process in conjunction with  Global Product Training and Product Support, leading the operational execution within the Region. Support the Manager in defining the overall Training needs and  programmes
  • Implement systematic auditing  within the Region as enabler of continuous improvement and to determine competence progress and sustainability
  • Monitor and  actively manage Regional Competence Development Key Performance indicator and implement decisions to meet  the Function deliverables
  • Ensure regular and timely reporting  of  Regional certification and qualification programs' status to the Stakeholders
  • Escalate major roadblocks that may cause business deliverables disruption
  • Ensure all required statutory and regulatory conditions are being met, including Sidel corporate values and governance
  • Accountable for  Stakeholders’ satisfaction. Ensure deliverables are being completed within the baselined time scales, cost  and to the defined expectations

Your Profile

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • 4 years experience in Projects/Field operations of capital projects  or Training/Competence development function
  • Experience in the beverage  industry as a plus
  • Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio as a plus, including  technical background
  • Knowledge of  installation and commissioning scope, challenges and difficulties
  • Travel up to 40% in international environment
Languages:
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) is a must 
  • Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or French would be a plus
